Taking care of others – Taking care of ourselves

Highlighting Caregivers Week Nov. 3-9, 2013

NOVA Montréal Inc. would like to invite you to a coffee-and-chat style information session aimed at caregivers.

Is there an elderly person for whom you provide:

- Some company
- Psychological support
- A helping hand with daily tasks
…and possibly more?

Please join us for a little coffee break and we will share with you some helpful information:

What exactly does it mean to be a “Caregiver”?

What services are available to you and the person you are caring for to ensure that they can continue to live in their own home despite some loss of autonomy.

How do I access these services? What resources are available for support for you and your loved ones?

Take some time for you and leave with a breath of hope…

NOVA Montréal Inc. is having an Open House on Saturday, November 16th between 1:00-2:30 pm. We are located at 310 Victoria Avenue, Suite 403, Westmount H3Z 2M9.

Light refreshments will be served.

Register by phone before November 9th and we will expect you! 514-866-6801
